We consider the hydrogen permeability of a cylindrical barrier with a protective coating defect at the inlet surface of the structural material. Diffusion is the limiting factor. The computing algorithm based on implicit difference scheme was developed for solving the corresponding boundary-value problem. Results of numerical modeling of the permeability flux are presented.
