The article presents the processes of labor potential reproduction in the Republic of Karelia. Particular attention is given to the influence of the main types of social and labor mobility. The paper is based on statistical data and the results of the economic and sociological survey of the able-bodied population of the region, carried out with the author’s participation in three municipalities of Karelia in 2012. The study carried out a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the labor potential reproduction as related to the effect of the social and labor mobility.
