Data on the composition of zooplankton in the Varzuga River and its tributaries (Indel, Pana, Japoma, Arenga, V. Juzia) are reported. The objective of the study was to characterise and determine any differences in the taxonomy, abundance and structure of zooplankton communities in rivers unaffected by human impacts.
