The article is about the theory of management of social and economic processes. Traditional scientists and practical appliers first of all speak about application of mathematics to analysis and modelling of those, forgetting about physics which gives the missing adequate device to the researcher as the qualitative theory of processes.
Usually the application of mathematics to the analysis of real objects is connected to the reception of numerical result. In this respect the task of qualitative methods is a little bit different: it emphasizes on the reception of qualitative result, on reception of characteristic features of all phenomenon at once, allows to predict the phenomena. Certainly, it is interesting to know, how the demand will increase at the reduction of prices for some goods, but it is much more interesting to know, will the deficiency of the given goods start.
