The article presents the results of observations on the distribution of 36 alien vascular plant species within the Darwin Nature Reserve for the period 2022-2025. Five species were recorded for the first time in the Vologda Region: Juglans mandshurica Maxim., Muscari botryoides (L.) Mill., Narcissus × incomparabilis Mill., Quercus rubra L., and Rubus allegheniensis Porter. Thirty-four species, including those listed above, are new to the nature reserve: Acer tataricum L., Asparagus officinalis L., Berberis vulgaris L., Brunnera sibirica Steven, Calystegia sepium (L.) R. Br., C. spectabilis (Brummitt) Tzvelev, Campanula latifolia L., Caragana arborescens Lam., Centaurea montana L., Colchicum autumnale L., Corylus avellana L., Dianthus barbatus L., Fragaria × ananassa (Duchesne ex Weston) Duchesne ex Rozier, Galega orientalis Lam., Galinsoga quadriradiata Ruiz & Pav., Gypsophila perfoliata L., Larix sibirica Ledeb., Medicago lupulina L., M. sativa L., Narcissus poeticus L., Oenothera biennis L., Papaver somniferum L., Parthenocissus quinquefolia (L.) Planch., Rudbeckia hirta L., R. laciniata L., Sambucus racemosa L., Setaria pumila (Poir.) Roem. & Schult., Viola × wittrockiana Gams, Vinca minor L. Two species (Humulus lupulus L. and Saponaria officinalis L.) have previously been reported for the reserve as feral, but without indicating precise coordinates. To facilitate future monitoring of the population status and distribution of registered alien species, the paper provides a detailed description of their locations (geographic coordinates, habitat, date of the first record) and their overall occurrence in the region.
