The Raman spectrum of the bioconjugate of protein – bovine serum albumin with shungite nanocarbon in aqueous nanodispersion has been obtained. Comparison of the spectrum with the spectra of the bioconjugate components indicates that the protein secondary structure is altered due to the weakening of hydrogen bonds formed by tyrosine amino acid residues.
