We consider the game-theoretic model of a competition estimations of individual project parameters. To select the winner the Arbitration Committee, guided by the rules of the Final-Offer arbitration, is invited. A perspective view of the expected payoff and the value of the game is presented in a noncooperative non-zero sum game with n players. The optimal strategies for the players in the one-step and multi-step two-player games with the consensus rule are identified.
