Daily measurements of carbon dioxide fluxes by chamber method were carried out in a natural oligotrophic bog during the growing season in Karelia. The microclimatic indicators of the research object were assessed. The different impact of increasing precipitation and changing atmospheric temperature on ecosystem respiration (Reco) of Sphagnum angustifolium and Eriophorum vaginatuт was established. The mean value of RecoSp. angustifolium is 1.41±0.46 gC/(m2d) and E. vaginatuт is 3.31±0.74 gС/(m2d) for the growing season from May to September.
